FDA’s Electronic Submissions Gateway Next Gen (ESG NextGen) platform will undergo scheduled maintenance on Saturday, May 17, 2025, from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM EST.
During this time, the system will be temporarily unavailable, and users will not be able to submit documents. Submissions completed just before the maintenance window may experience delayed Acknowledgements.
This planned downtime is necessary to perform critical system upgrades and ensure continued reliability. The maintenance is scheduled during off-peak hours to minimize disruption.
A follow-up notification will be sent once the system is back online.
